Why should I choose Akron Bounce Inflatable Rentals? We are a state licensed with an impeccable safety record (see our Fox 8 News Safety Clip Here) and fully insured. We have trained operators available for any rental, or can train you in the safe use of your items. Akron Bounce's affiliation with Cleveland Bounce and Ohio Mobile Gaming ensures that you will get what you need, when you need it, & at a very competitive price. OMG is our parent company, which is why we offer two different Mobile Gaming Theaters, Laser Tag, Dunk Tanks, Water Tag and more! Very! First of all, our inflatable bounce houses are inspected by the State of Ohio annually and are certified by the Deptartment of Agriculture. We inspect each unit before and after use for safety related issues. We also clean and SANITIZE each unit using a fogger between every use. As long as our safety guidelines are followed and the kids are supervised, our inflatables are very safe. We maintain thorough maintenance logs in accordance with state laws and are available at any hour for emergency assistance. Do you offer discounts for multiple items or multiple days? Do you ever donate your services to churches and other non-profits? Yes! We typically offer multi-day & multiple item rentals. For donations, you must first fill out the form found here and return it to us for consideration. Due to the number of requests we receive, we only honor a certain number each year. Can I jmake my reservation at the last minute? You can certainly try. However, we recommend calling at least 4 weeks prior to your event. If your event is a holiday, graduation, or other common celebration, you will need to make your reservation even earlier. Larger items which we have a limited supply of (mobile gaming theaters, slides, obstacle courses etc) a rented-out much sooner than the typical bounce house for example. Is a deposit required? What kind of payments do you accept? Upon reserving your items, we require a 1/3-down deposit by credit card. The remainder is due upon delivery or pick-up. We currently accept cash, money orders, credit cards and personal checks. What if it rains or I need to cancel? In the event that you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. You will not lose your deposit if you cancel by 8pm on the day before your reservation. If the weather is questionable, we will call you to be sure you want the unit delivered. If you cancel for other reasons, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. If you are not home when we attempt to deliver the unit, cancel after 8pm the night before your rental or do not show up for your scheduled pick-up, you will lose your deposit and receive no credit. You may also be charged the full rental amount for certain items in this case. What time do you make deliveries OR what time can pick my items up? When you make your reservation, an approximate delivery time will be given to you. All of our inflatable deliveries come with at least 7 hours of usage. We will guarantee deliveries between the hours of 9am-and 2pm, and pick-up no sooner than 7 hours later. Sometimes, we will have to deliver it well ahead of schedule, and might even pick it up several hours after your party is over. Of course, every situation is different, so please speak to an attendant to ensure your item is available when you need it. A representative will call the night before your event to confirm and remind you of the estimated time of delivery. If you don't receive this call by 6pm, please call us to find out your estimated delivery time. For pick-ups, you must first confirm at which warehouse you'll be picking your item - Solon or Norton. This will be done when you place your order. Typically, pick-ups are available on the morning of your rental between 7:15am and 9:00am. In the off-season (September 15-April 30th) they are available from 8:00am-9:30am or by appointment only. You will get a call the day before your rental as a reminder. Please be sure to confirm warehouse pick-up times as adjustments have to be made on occasion. If you do not receive a confirmation call by 6pm the day before your delivery, please call us at 330.745.4545 or 440.822.3960. Return times are as follows : May 7-9pm on all days except Saturday which is 7-9:30. June-August 7-10pm, except Saturdays which is 7-10:30pm. Sept-April is 7-9pm or by appointment only.
