Not only are we a fully
insured and state inspected inflatable rental company, but we maintain respectable safety
standards and thorough maintenance logs. We will teach you to use the
jumpers safely and are available at any time if issues arise. Aside
from that, we are family owned and operated. That means you will be
dealing directly with an owner...someone who actually cares!
Are these units safe
for my children?
YES! First of all,
our bounce houses are inspected by the State of Ohio regularly and are certified
by the Dept. of Agriculture. We inspect each unit before and after use for
unusual wear, torn seams, broken netting, and other safety related issues.
We also clean and SANITIZE each unit using a fogger between every use. As
long as our safety guidelines are followed and the children are supervised,
these units are as safe as they can be.
Do you offer
discounts for churches or other non-profits?
Yes! Give us a call
so we can discuss your needs. Our discounts typically apply to groups reserving
more than one unit.
How early do I need
to make reservations?
We recommend calling at
least 4 weeks prior to your event. If your event is a holiday, graduation,
or other common celebration, you will need to reserve it even earlier.
Every once in a while we can provide you with a bounce house on short
notice...just give us a ring! We might even be running a special if it's a
slow week.
How are payments
handled and what method of payment do you accept?
Upon reserving your bounce
house, we require a 20% deposit. The remainder is due upon delivery or
pick-up. We currently accept cash, money orders, credit cards and personal checks.
We can even do a direct debit by phone from your checking or savings. Keep
in mind that there is a 3%charge for full or remaining payments on a credit card
(deposits cost nothing extra).
What if it rains or
I need to cancel?
In the event that you need
to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Weather issues are
inevitable and we will work with you to schedule another date. You will
never
lose your deposit if you cancel by 8pm on the day before your reservation.. If
inclement weather is impending, we will call you to be sure you want the unit
delivered. Once it is delivered, there are no refunds. If you cancel
for other reasons, we will make arrangements on a case by case basis.
Please respect the fact that our units are usually rented well in
advance...ample notice allows us to rent your unit to another family.
We're not here to make it hard on you....but the deposit guarantees the bounce
house for your event. If you are not home when we attempt to deliver the
unit, or do not show up by 7:30 for your scheduled pick-up, you will lose your
deposit and receive no credit.
What happens if I am
not home when you come to deliver the unit, or I do not show up by 7:30 to pick
it up at your location?
When you make your
reservation, an approximate delivery time will be given to you. A delivery
person will call the night before to confirm and remind you of the estimated
time of delivery. We will make every effort we can to contact you if you
are not home. In order to keep on schedule, we must move on to the
next delivery if you are not home. You will be charged for a full rental
once we arrive at the rental location. In such an event, you are more than
welcome to call and schedule a special pick-up if possible.
If you do not arrive on
time to pick-up your bouncer we may not have the personnel available to load you
up. Very often, nobody is at the facility after 7:30am. We reserve
the right to rent your unit to another family if you do not call or show up by
7:30. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable.
